Thank you Akhi Ziyad...

Dr Muhammad Ziyad Sheikh Al-Ghannamah came to Cardiff (28 August - 1 September 2006) to visit her daughter whom is doing an attachment in Cardiff University (she recently graduated in Pharmacy from Nottingham University). He is a Syrian by origin, an Algerian by nationality & an O&G specialist by profession. He speaks fluently French & Arabic language, with a very little basic in English language.

I had the opportunity to have him as the first guest of my house. We (me, Rauna & Shidi) tried to be as hospitable as possible. I really enjoyed having him in the house, as if i'm adopting a 2nd father to a personal level. We shared many stories together. We prayed Solah Maghrib & Isha' together. We discussed several issues together. He guides me in sharpening my Arabic language, & taught me some French.

I'm deeply touched with his kindness. Alhamdulillah, thank God, he mentioned that he'll welcome me to Syria & Algeria whenever I feel like going there.

InshaAllah, until we meet again.

Barakallahu fiikum. May Allah's blessings be with you.
